What is vcShmem3CLP0TxCells?
This counter tracks the number of ATM cells with CLP (Cell Loss Priority) bit set to 0 that were successfully transmitted on a virtual circuit, indicating best-effort service cells. CLP=0 cells are protected from discard in congestion scenarios. An operator would monitor this to validate that high-priority traffic is being transmitted without loss during network congestion.
