Description:
A flag which indicates the status of Min/MaxVCI range with respect to whether or not the range values are assigned after negotiating with the peer through ILMI process. This variable is set to valid if ILMI is up and range negotiation with the peer is completed, except if a UNI (link) is configured as IISP or ILMI-down, then the value of this MIB value is always set to valid.
