A flag which allows the user to specify at creation time if CALL PROCEEDING should be sent on this particular interface. If set to on(1), a CALL PROCEEDING message is sent out that interface for every SETUP received on that interface that is successfully forwarded. If set to off(2), no CALL PROCEEDING messages are sent on this interface.
