The current operational state of the underlying SSCOP (Service Specific Connection Orientedd Protocol) on this channel. SSCOP's function is to provide a reliable data link layer for the exchange of Q.2931 signalling messages. The value up(1) reflects the value dataTransReady(4) for the SSCOPOperStatus object in the SSCOP Administration table (sscopAdminTable). All other values of that object are reflected as the value down(2) for this object.
