Type: Integer32

Access: read-write

Description:

The CLP=1 discard threshold in cells for CBR (Constant Bit Rate) / rtVBR (Real-Time Variable Bit Rate) traffic.

What is pshmemClpThreshforCBR?

This threshold defines the maximum number of ATM cells with CLP=1 (low priority) that can be queued in switch memory for CBR and real-time VBR traffic before cells begin to be discarded. Setting this threshold allows network operators to protect bandwidth-critical, time-sensitive traffic by dropping lower-priority cells when memory pressure occurs. Values are configurable to balance quality-of-service requirements.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.326.2.2.1.5.2.1.1.11
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> Fore-Switch-MIB::pshmemClpThreshforCBR

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.326.2.2.1.5.2.1.1.11.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> Fore-Switch-MIB::pshmemClpThreshforCBR.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.326.2.2.1.5.2.1.1.11.1 i <value>
