What is portVbrOverbooking?

This parameter controls the percentage of overbooking allowed on non-real-time Variable Bit Rate (nrtVBR) connections, with 100 percent representing no overbooking. It allows network administrators to oversubscribe bandwidth on VBR connections beyond the actual port capacity to improve link utilization. An operator would adjust this setting to balance between maximizing throughput for bursty traffic and maintaining guaranteed quality of service for real-time traffic.
