What is pnniSpvcLowestPriority?
This object defines the minimum priority value allowed when establishing Soft Permanent Virtual Circuits (SPVCs) in a PNNI ATM network. SPVCs are pre-defined ATM paths that can be created and deleted via management rather than signaling, and priority affects how they are routed and restored. Operators configure this threshold to control the range of priorities available for SPVC creation and to implement network policies.
