Description:
The threshold on which the EFCI (Explicit Forward Congestion Indication) is enabled for UBR (Unspecified Bit Rate) and ABR (Available Bit Rate) traffic. Must be a multiple of 32, greater than or equal to EFCI-off threshold, and less than or equal to 32736.
