This object controls whether a PNNI (Private Network-to-Network Interface) address prefix summary should be suppressed (not propagated to other switches) or allowed to propagate in ATM network topology advertisements. It is a read-create enumeration that an operator configures during network design. An operator would set this to 'yes' to hide certain address ranges from network discovery, reducing routing table size or controlling topology advertisement.
