Description:
When SVx/SPVx Preservation is enabled, call state information will be transferred from the Active SCP to the Standby SCP, prior to any SCP control transfer. This MIB variable tracks the completion percentage of the information transfer.
Before SCP control transfer occurs, the user can query this variable to find out how much of the information transfer has been done.
