What is confTopoLBUbrLoadBalance?
This configuration parameter controls whether the switch should distribute UBR (Unspecified Bit Rate) traffic across multiple paths to balance network load. Network administrators enable or disable this feature to optimize traffic distribution and prevent congestion on any single path through the ATM switch fabric. When enabled, the switch uses intelligent routing algorithms to spread variable-rate traffic evenly across available routes.
