Description: If the CLP mode is set to mapped, then the FR/ATM service interworking function will set the DE field of the Q922 core frame, provided that one or more cells belonging to this frame has its CLP field set. Otherwise, the DE field of the Q922 core frame is set to a constant value specified by the configuration parameter profileFrf8DefaultDe.
What is profileFrf8ClpMode?
This selects how the ATM CLP bit is translated back to the Frame Relay DE bit for this FRF.8 connection: mapped sets Q.922 DE when any cell of the frame had CLP set, while ignored instead forces DE to the fixed value set by profileFrf8DefaultDe.
