What is profileEpdPpdClp1Ppd?
This enables or disables (default enabled) Partial Packet Discard of CLP=1 (low-priority, already-partially-transmitted) cells once the CLP1 discard threshold is hit, dropping the remainder of a frame that has already started being discarded to avoid wasting bandwidth on cells that can't be reassembled anyway.
