What is pnniPcProfileOptCTD?
Enables optimizing the computed path for Cell Transfer Delay (CTD); for VBR, multiple optimization criteria can be combined (computing multiple trees), but for ABR only one optimization flag may be set, and when CTD is enabled, CDV is instead treated as a fixed path constraint rather than an optimization goal.
