Chooses which well-known ATM address, if any, this LECS listens on: none(1) to disable it, atm-forum(2) for the standard ATM Forum well-known address, or other(3) for a vendor-specific one. An admin sets this to atm-forum(2) so clients using default LECS discovery can find this server.
