What is ifCreateRowStatus?

ifCreateRowStatus is the standard RowStatus control object used to create new rows in the ifCreateTable and to delete existing ones. Admins or provisioning software set this to createAndGo (or createAndWait) to instantiate a new interface entry, and set it to destroy to remove one, driving the interface-creation lifecycle. For example, setting ifCreateRowStatus to createAndGo(4) for a new ifCreateIfIndex begins provisioning that interface immediately.
