What is aclIfStatus?

This is the row-status control used to assign or remove an interface's association with an ACL. An admin sets this to createAndGo to bind an interface to a specific ACL, or to destroy to remove that interface's ACL assignment, with active indicating the assignment is currently in effect. For example, an admin applying an access list to a new interface would set this to createAndGo to activate that binding.
