rtpEvtTrapCritical

OID (symbolic): FSC-RTP-MIB-EVENT-MGMT::rtpEvtTrapCritical

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.4329.2.1.2.1.1.3.1

Node type: NOTIFICATION-TYPE

Description: Trap issued by the RTP with a perceived severity value of 'critical'. The objects contained in the variable binding list are scalar objects. Note: if the management station has defined an event filter 'rtpEvtFilterLastTransId' contains the current (last) transmission id. Otherwise this value is set to 0.

Examples

Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):

snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' FSC-RTP-MIB-EVENT-MGMT::rtpEvtTrapCritical
snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' 1.3.6.1.4.1.4329.2.1.2.1.1.3.1

Listen for incoming traps on the manager host (-f keeps it in the foreground, -Lo prints to stdout — useful for testing):

snmptrapd -f -Lo -c /dev/null authCommunity log public

Example snmptrapd log entry:

zoo11-linux.zoo [UDP: [192.168.30.111]:57960->[192.168.30.10]:162]:
