Note that the max value of this range is lower than the max value allowed by Q.933 (16383 * 10**6).
Note that the value is encoded in bits whilst the Q.933 Link layer core parameters information element encodes this information using octet units.
What is frPVCEndptOutBc?
Sets the committed burst size (Bc), in bits, for this PVC endpoint in the egress direction, the amount of data guaranteed to be delivered at the committed rate leaving the network toward the customer. This is the egress counterpart to frPVCEndptInBc.
