Note that the max value of this range is lower than the max value allowed by Q.933 (16383 * 10**6).
Note that the value is encoded in bits whilst the Q.933 Link layer core parameters information element encodes this information using octet units.
What is frPVCEndptInBc?
Sets the committed burst size (Bc), in bits, for this PVC endpoint in the ingress direction, the amount of data guaranteed to be delivered at the committed rate during each measurement interval. Provision this according to the customer's contracted CIR service level for traffic entering the network from their side.
