Description:

By default, this mode is set to notActivated(0). notActivated(0)...the VLAN entry is not activated and not in running mode. activated(1)......the VLAN entry is activated and in running mode

What is snVLanByPortOperState?

This object shows the operational state of a VLAN on a specific port, indicating whether the VLAN is either inactive (not running) or actively running on that port. The state notActivated(0) means the VLAN is not enabled, while activated(1) means it is enabled and operational. Port administrators check this to verify VLAN configuration status and diagnose why a port might not be passing traffic for a specific VLAN.
