What is snVrrpGroupOperMode?
Turns VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) on or off for the entire device, defaulting to disabled. An admin sets this to enabled(1) before configuring any virtual routers, since no VRRP interface will actually run until this global switch is on.
