Description: This is the time interval after which a group is considered inactive. For a router, snDvmrpEnable must have been set to 'enabled' before this object is writen. For a switch, snSwGroupIpMcastMode must have been set to 'enabled' before this object is writen. Value 0 cannot be used for SET operations. This value is returned if IGMP is not configured within the system. For FI platform the configurable range for this object is 20 .. 7200

What is snIgmpGroupMembershipTime?

This object sets the time interval, in seconds, after which an IGMP multicast group is considered inactive if no membership report is received, requiring DVMRP or IP multicast mode to be enabled first, and a value of 0 cannot be set and only appears when IGMP isn't configured. Admins tune this to control how quickly the device stops forwarding multicast traffic to a group whose last member may have left. The default of 140 seconds means a group is aged out after just over two minutes without a refresh report.
