Description: The statistics collection of last 5 second process utilization. It is a 100th percentile value (100*n). It can have a value 0 or a value between 100 to 10000 in multiples of 100. If the agent is queried immediately after turning on the CPU usage and 5 seconds have not elapsed then the data will not be available. Therefore we will be returning the data for the actual elapsed time for NetIron devices.
