What is snAgTrpRcvrStatus?

This controls whether a trap receiver (SNMP collector) entry is active by accepting values: ignore (stop sending), delete (remove row), or create (start sending). It enables or disables each trap destination dynamically. An operator uses this to redirect alerts to a backup collection server during maintenance.
