Access: read-write

Description: Telnet Access Password and this is only useful for write operation. A read operation get a null string. Set operation on this object is allowed only if command 'password-change any' is configured on the target device. Another configuration affecting this is 'no snmp-server pw-check'. If its configured on the device, there's no need to pass another varbind snAgGblPassword. By default, 'snmp-server pw-check' is true, and thus needs to have snAgGblPassword along with this object. in the same Set PDU.

What is snAgGblTelnetPassword?

This object represents the Telnet access password for the network device; write operations set a new password, but read operations return an empty string for security. This password controls authentication when administrators connect to the device via the Telnet protocol for management. Operators use this object to change the Telnet access credentials, typically in conjunction with device security policies.
