This is the standard RowStatus object used to create or delete a static IP Source Guard binding entry, and once a row is active its other fields can no longer be modified. Admins use it to add a manually trusted IP-to-interface binding or remove one that's no longer needed. For example, setting fdryIpSrcGuardBindRowStatus to createAndGo adds a new static binding permitting a specific server's IP address on that port.
