What is mstpPortUpTime?

This read-only OID reports the value of sysUpTime at the moment the port was last enabled via mstpPortAdminMACEnable or last came up on the link. Admins use it to gauge how long a port has been stable, which helps when correlating a recent spanning-tree recalculation with a port flap.
