What is mstpPortHelloTime?
This OID is the per-port Hello Time (100-1000 hundredths of a second) controlling how often this specific port transmits BPDUs, overriding the bridge-wide hello interval for that port. Admins tune this on a per-port basis when one link needs faster failure detection than the rest of the bridge.
