What is mstpGenHoldTime?

This OID configures the Hold Time (100-1000 hundredths of a second), which limits how frequently the bridge is allowed to transmit BPDUs out a port, guarding against BPDU flooding during rapid topology churn. Admins rarely change this from its default unless troubleshooting excessive control-plane traffic.
