What is mstpGenForwardDelay?
This read-only OID reports the Forward Delay value (400-3000 hundredths of a second) actually operating on this bridge, inherited from the root bridge. An admin checks this alongside the admin setting to confirm the bridge is using the tree-wide timer rather than a stale local value.
