What is mstpGenForceVersion?
This OID lets an admin force the bridge to run a specific spanning-tree protocol version — disabled (forceNonStp), legacy 802.1D (forceLegacyDot1d), RSTP (forceDot1w), or full auto-negotiated MSTP (autoDot1s, the default) — instead of letting it auto-detect. It's used to interoperate with older switches that don't understand MSTP BPDUs by deliberately downgrading this bridge's behavior.
