What is relApplyToStandby?

This OID stores a true/false value that, when set to true, triggers a software upgrade to be applied to the standby system partition in addition to the active partition. When you enable this, you ensure that both the running and backup system copies are updated with the same software version. A network operator would set this before rebooting to ensure that if the active system fails and the standby takes over, it will have the same updated software without needing another upgrade.
