pgUdpPort
Module: FLARION-MIB
OID (symbolic): FLARION-MIB::pgUdpPort
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.8603.1.2.1.1.4.1.1
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description:
UDP port for Page Requests/Repsonse packets.
What is pgUdpPort?
This OID stores the network port number (a communication endpoint) that the system listens on for page request and response packets. Changing this redirects incoming paging traffic to a non-standard port. A system administrator would modify this to port 5555 if the standard port is blocked by a firewall, allowing the paging service to continue working.
