What is ntpServerEnabled?

This flag controls whether a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server entry is actively used by the base station for time synchronization. Accurate time is critical for cellular operations, log correlation, and protocol functioning. An operator would enable this for primary or backup NTP servers and disable them to remove servers from active time-sync pools.
