What is l2AcCoreCtRequest?
This counter tracks the total number of Layer 2 Access Context Transfer (Core-CT) requests that have been made on a Flarion wireless device. Context transfer requests are used when a mobile device moves between cells and needs to transfer its connection state to minimize service disruption. Field engineers monitor this counter to diagnose handoff issues and understand how often devices are transferring between towers.
