What is l2AcCoreCtMsgRecvdFail?
This counter increments each time a Core-CT (Control) message fails to be received on a layer 2 access connection in a Flarion wireless system. Core-CT messages carry system control information between components, and reception failures indicate signaling problems that could affect call setup, resource allocation, or system management. An operator would monitor this counter to detect control message delivery issues that could impact wireless service quality.
