What is igmpProxyStatus?
This OID shows whether IGMP proxy (a protocol for managing multicast group memberships) is currently enabled or disabled on the device. When enabled, the device helps manage which users can receive multicast streams. An operator checks or changes this to control whether the device participates in multicast traffic management.
