Downlink rate cap.
What is groupStreamDlRateCap?
This writable parameter sets a downlink rate cap limit for a group stream, controlling the maximum data rate allowed in the downlink direction for that stream. The value constrains traffic to prevent congestion and manage QoS priorities. Base station engineers use this to enforce per-group bandwidth limits in wireless systems.
