What is bhQosReconfigure?

This OID is a true/false control that triggers the system to reload quality-of-service rules that govern which traffic gets priority. Setting it to true forces a re-application of traffic rules without a full restart. An operator would set this to apply new traffic policies during maintenance without downtime.
