What is fdryIpv6AclDestinationOperand2?

This read-create integer holds a second destination TCP or UDP port number value, used alongside fdryIpv6AclDestinationOperand1 and fdryIpv6AclDestinationOperator when the comparison requires two bounds, such as a port range. An admin sets this as the upper bound of a destination port range when the operator is set to range. For example, operand1 of 20 and operand2 of 21 with operator range(4) would match destination ports covering the FTP data and control range.
