What is bpIfStatsLastDiscontinuityTime?
This read-only OID gives the sysUpTime value at which this backplane port's counters last experienced a discontinuity (such as a reset); it reads zero if no discontinuity has occurred since the management subsystem last initialized. Admins check this before trusting a delta calculated between two counter polls, since a discontinuity invalidates a naive difference.
