What is timeRangeStatus?
This read-create RowStatus governs creating, activating, and deleting a TimeRange entry, with the entry requiring timeRangeIndex and timeRangeName to be set to complete creation. An admin sets this to createAndGo when defining a new named time range, or to destroy to remove one that's no longer referenced by any policy. For example, setting timeRangeStatus to active after defining a new time range's name makes it available for absolute or periodic entries to be added under it.
