What is timeRangePeriodicStatus?
This read-create RowStatus governs creating, activating, and deleting a specific periodic time entry within a TimeRange, requiring all of the entry's other objects to be set to complete its creation. An admin sets this to createAndGo only after fully configuring the frequency, pattern, day mask, dates, and times for a recurring schedule. For example, setting timeRangePeriodicStatus to active after fully configuring a weekday business-hours schedule activates that recurring window within the parent time range.
