What is timeRangePeriodicStartDate?
This read-create value, encoded per the TimeRangePeriodicDate convention (year/month/day), sets the calendar date on which a recurring periodic time entry begins applying. An admin uses this to bound when a recurring weekly/daily/monthly schedule starts taking effect, rather than applying immediately upon creation. For example, setting timeRangePeriodicStartDate to 2026-09-01 means the recurring schedule won't start applying until that date, even though the entry may be configured earlier.
