What is timeRangeName?
This read-create string (1-31 chars) is the unique, human-readable name identifying a TimeRange entry, and must be set to complete creation of a new row. An admin assigns a descriptive name so the time range can be referenced meaningfully from ACLs or other time-based policies elsewhere in the switch's configuration. For example, naming a time range "business-hours" makes it clear at a glance what schedule an ACL referencing it enforces.
