What is cpCaptivePortalRowStatus?
SNMP RowStatus control for creating or deleting a captive portal instance: set createAndGo(4) to provision a new instance, destroy(6) to remove one, and it reads back active(1) once a valid instance exists. This is the object you set or clear to actually add or remove a captive portal profile via SNMP.
