What is extremeWiredClientLastStateChangeTime?
This is the switch's sysUpTime value at the moment this client's connection state (e.g. authenticated/unauthenticated) last changed. An admin correlating a client's authentication event with other log timestamps would use this, converted from timer ticks, to pin down when the state change actually happened.
