What is extremePortIngressStatsQueuePercentDropped?
This is the percentage of a queue's incoming bytes that were dropped, relative to the total bytes that entered that queue. An admin tuning ingress rate limits or buffer allocation would watch this per-queue drop percentage to find which queue is being oversubscribed and losing traffic.
