Description: The configured egress rate value.
What is extremePortEgressRateLimitValue?
This is the configured egress rate limit for a port, whose unit (percentage, kbps, or mbps) is determined by the sibling column extremePortEgressRateLimitType. An admin capping a customer-facing port's outbound bandwidth would set this value together with the type column to define the actual cap.
